If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including those that apply to digital content, are not affected by these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for the consequences of the practitioner or their clients applying the techniques, or for any use of the product that breaches these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

16. Suspension of access

We may suspend or close access in cases of access sharing, resale, publication of the content, payment fraud or abusive payment disputes. Before any closure, except in an emergency or in cases of obvious fraud, we write to you so that you can explain.
