Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones are used on the 120+ Myofascial Release Protocols sales page, what they are for and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser, for example to remember a preference or count a visit. In this policy, the word "cookies" also covers technologies that work in a similar way:
- browser local storage (localStorage): an area of the browser that keeps information;
- pixels and tags: small pieces of code that record a visit or an action, such as a purchase;
- device identifiers: codes that make it possible to recognise the same device from one visit to the next.
2. The categories
| Category | What it is for | Your consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Making the page work properly and securely | Not required |
| Audience measurement | Knowing how many people visit the page, where they come from and what they read | Required |
| Advertising | Measuring the results of our adverts and showing you relevant adverts on other platforms | Required |
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), cookies that are not strictly necessary are only placed with your consent.
3. What the page stores itself
The sales page does not store any cookie of its own in order to work. The date shown in the banner at the top is calculated by your browser and is not kept.
4. Measurement and advertising tools
To know where sales come from and to measure our adverts, the page may load the tools below, provided by third parties who place their own cookies:
| Tool | Company | Category | Why we use it | Maximum duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UTMify pixel | UTMify | Audience measurement | Knowing which advert or link a visit or purchase came from | 13 months |
| UTMify UTM script | UTMify | Audience measurement | Passing the origin of your visit (the link's UTM parameters) on to checkout | 13 months |
| Meta pixel | Meta Platforms | Advertising | Measuring sales that come from Facebook and Instagram adverts and showing adverts to people who have visited the page | 13 months |
These companies may process data outside the United Kingdom. The safeguards are described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or administered by Meta. That platform is used only as a distribution channel.
5. Other third-party services
Fonts
The page uses the Plus Jakarta Sans font, loaded from Google Fonts. When the page opens, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. Google Fonts does not place a cookie for this use.
Payment and members area
When you click to buy, you arrive at the Hotmart checkout page, which uses its own cookies and its own privacy policy. The same applies to the members area where the product is held.
6. How to refuse or delete cookies
- When you visit: measurement and advertising cookies are only placed with your consent, and you can refuse them as easily as you can accept them;
- After your visit: you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser;
- In your browser: the settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge let you block or delete cookies, site by site or for all sites;
- Meta advertising: you can also manage your advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
7. What happens if you refuse
The page stays fully usable and you can buy as normal. We will simply know less about where visits come from, and the adverts you see elsewhere will be less linked to your visit.
8. How long cookies are kept
Measurement and advertising cookies are kept for 13 months at most. Your choice (consent or refusal) is kept for 6 months, then you are asked again.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may change if we change tools. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
